Stacks, languages, platforms: we adapt to what you already run or what you decide to adopt. We do not force a proprietary cage. Your stack stays yours.
We use or create accounts in your name. Billing, tenancy, and administrative ownership stay with the customer. Root Solve is a builder and partner, not the landlord of your infrastructure.
Credentials, secrets, access policies, and recovery paths are yours. You can revoke our access and keep running. Leaving is a normal exit, not a crisis.
That is what we mean by no lock-in: freedom of provider, freedom of stack, ownership of accounts and keys, at any time.

How we work
AI speeds delivery and keeps cost down. It assists our engineers. It never autopilots your systems or your relationships.
AI helps draft, search, refactor, and explore options so engineers spend time on judgment and delivery. There is no full automation of the engagement.
Anything AI produces is checked by a person before it reaches your environment. Review is mandatory, not optional.
No AI server management. No AI auto-communication with your teams or vendors. No unattended bots changing production, opening tickets, or speaking in our name.
You get the efficiency of modern tools with accountable humans on the critical path.
Security
Ownership without security is theater. We design so access is intentional, secrets stay yours, and exit never depends on a hidden channel.
We work with scoped roles and time-bound access on accounts you own. When the engagement ends, or sooner if you decide, our credentials disappear and your systems keep running.
Keys, tokens, and recovery material stay under your tenancy and your policies. We do not warehouse customer secrets in a Root Solve silo that becomes another dependency.
Baselines, network edges, logging, and update paths are part of the design, not a late patch. We prefer boring, inspectable controls over clever opacity.
No undocumented admin paths, no shared master keys we keep, no opaque remote that only we can operate. If it matters to running the system, you can see it, own it, and change it.
Security here means you remain the authority: who gets in, what they can touch, and how to cut access cleanly.
